2cCoriander seeds
2cDried red chilies
1/4cBlack peppercorns
1/4cCumin seeds
2tsFenugreek seeds
2tsMustard seeds
1/2cYellow split peas
2tsPoppy seeds
1 Coconut
1lgCinnamon stick broken into pieces
1lgBunch curry leaves
2tsTurmeric

Dry roast all ingredients except turmeric in a heavy saucepan until lightly colored. Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container.
